چکیده
This paper studies the features of a homopolymer translocating through flexible pore. The channel is modeled as monolayer tube composed by monomers with two elastic parameters: spring-like body interaction and bending three recall interaction. In order to guarantee stability system, membrane compounded lipid bilayer structure having hydrophobic (internal), while pore hydrophilic in both edges. polymer end-pulled from cis-side trans-side cantilever, which connected spring able measure force acting on during translocation. All reacts impacts vibrations generated movement its constituent bodies. these conditions, work done cantilever shows nonmonotonic behavior constant, revealing resonant-like parameter region. Moreover, spectroscopy registered function time, record main kinetics progression inside

Passage times for polymer translocation pulled through a narrow pore.
We study the passage times of a translocating polymer of length N in three dimensions, while it is pulled through a narrow pore with a constant force F applied to one end of the polymer. At small to moderate forces, satisfying the condition FN(nu)/k(B)T less, similar 1, where nu approximately 0.588 is the Flory exponent for the polymer, we find that tau(N), the mean time the polymer takes to le...
متن کاملDriven polymer translocation through a narrow pore.
Motivated by experiments in which a polynucleotide is driven through a proteinaceous pore by an electric field, we study the diffusive motion of a polymer threaded through a narrow channel with which it may have strong interactions. We show that there is a range of polymer lengths in which the system is approximately translationally invariant, and we develop a coarse-grained description of this...
متن کاملAnomalous dynamics of unbiased polymer translocation through a narrow pore
We consider a polymer of length N translocating through a narrow pore in the absence of external fields. The characterization of its purportedly anomalous dynamics has so far remained incomplete. We show that the polymer dynamics is anomalous up to the Rouse time τR ∼ N1+2ν , with a mean square displacement through the pore consistent with t (1+ν)/(1+2ν), with ν ≈ 0.588 the Flory exponent. This...
متن کاملPassage times for unbiased polymer translocation through a narrow pore.
We study the translocation process of a polymer in the absence of external fields for various pore diameters b and membrane thickness L. The polymer performs Rouse and reptation dynamics. The mean translocation time (tau(t)) that the polymer needs to escape from a cell and the mean dwell time (tau(d)) that the polymer spends in the pore during the translocation process obey scaling relations in...
متن کاملConfinement-driven translocation of a flexible polymer.
We consider the escape of a flexible, self-avoiding polymer chain out of a confined geometry. By means of simulations, we demonstrate that the translocation time can be described by a simple scaling law that exhibits a nonlinear dependence on the degree of polymerization and that is sensitive to the nature of the confining geometry. These results contradict earlier predictions but are in agreem...
